Nel processo tra gioco estetico e sensoriale il peso fisico e la sua sollecitazione proseguono nell’installazione ambientale, Il tuo peso. Una lastra di piombo dalla lunghezza di quattro metri e mezzo è adagiata sul pavimento con la funzione di tappeto. Al suo interno nasconde una base di gommapiuma conferente alla superficie una proprietà performativa tale da permettere all’osservatore di partecipare con il proprio corpo all’azione artistica. Imprimendo la forma e la pressione del proprio peso, attraversando e calpestando la base del piombo lastricato, reso morbido e malleabile dal peso del fruitore, l’opera risponde alle sollecitazioni e alle condizioni a cui è sottoposta ad ogni passo, diventando così gesto scultoreo.
[Your weight, 2024 (4 and a half meters) lead] In the process between aesthetic and sensory play the physical weight and its stress continue in the environmental installation, Your weight. A lead sheet four and a half metres long is laid on the floor with the function of a carpet. Inside it hides a foam rubber base giving the surface a performative property such as to allow the observer to participate with his body in the artistic action. By imprinting the shape and pressure of its own weight, crossing and treading the base of the paved lead, made soft and malleable by the weight of the user, the work responds to the stresses and conditions it is subjected to at every step, thus becoming a sculptural gesture.
